1. Acceptance

By creating a Cellibrate account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Wellness, not medical advice

Cellibrate provides lifestyle education, Cellibration™ harmonic audio, AI-generated wellness suggestions, and optional 1-to-1 coaching. Nothing on the platform is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, starting new practices, or if you have a medical condition.

3. Memberships & billing

Memberships renew on the cadence shown at checkout. You may cancel from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and locks tier-gated features at the end of the current period. One-time premium engagements are non-refundable once coaching has begun.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no reverse engineering the AI, no sharing accounts, no scraping content, no abusive behavior toward coaches or staff.

5. Content ownership

All Cellibration™ audio, educational content, and AI outputs branded as Cellibrate are our intellectual property. Personal notes and progress data you enter belong to you; you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
